UPDATE: The rate increase has been postponed until January 1, 2023. The Council will be holding an additional work session to review information. Effective January 1, 2023, the new water rates will be as follows: In-city users: The base rate for all connections is $107.90 for up to $4000 gallons. Tier I charges: 4001-10,000 gallons at a rate of $12.50/1000 gallons. Tier II charges: 10,001 gallons and up, at a rate of $15.00/1000 gallons. For outside water districts: The rates are the same as in-city users, with rates and allotments multiplied by the number of users in the district. Archives
