Water Utility Accounts
Water and sewer utility accounts are set up through City Hall. Applications for Water/Sewer service can be found on our documents page. Deposits are required for first time accounts.
Payments on accounts can be made by cash, check, credit card. We accept phone credit card phone payments at City Hall, 503-662-3511. We also have an online payment system that can accept payments with a small service charge.
