Budget Committee
The Budget Committee is a group of volunteers that meet to review and finalize the fiscal year budget for the City of Yamhill.
The Budget Committee meets periodically, generally during March and April of each year. Members of the Budget Committee generally serve a three-year term.

Water Advisory Committee
The Water Advisory Committee formed in 2021, is a temporary group of volunteers.
Their role is to perform research into City water questions; consider options regarding water sourcing, water usage, and water curtailment; investigate grant and funding options for City water sources, water systems, and water rights; and make recommendations to the City Council concerning City water, water supply, water systems, and water sourcing.
The Water Advisory Committee meets semi-regularly to discuss water-related issues in the City of Yamhill.

Economic Development Committee
The Economic Development Committee officially formed in 2024.
Their role is to perform research into economic development questions, consider options regarding economic opportunities, development and investments, investigate grant and funding options for economic development in the city, recommend code updates to the Planning Commission, and make recommendations to the City Council concerning economic development for the City of Yamhill.
